**You can hire the Always - Camping Personal Kit which includes pillow, pillow case, sleeping bag, towel and tea towel for £25 per person per rental.**

Conditions of Hire

Reservations

· A booking deposit of 20% is payable at the time of making a reservation and will be deducted from the total hire charge. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. A confirmation of booking will be posted or emailed to you together with an invoice in respect of the rest of the balance of the hire charge. This invoice needs to be paid 28 days prior to commencement of hire.

Security Deposits

· A £300.00 cash security deposit will be payable by you on the day of hire. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of your hire period provided that the vehicle is returned on time in a clean, complete and undamaged state. A charge will be made to you for any vehicles that are returned late or damaged. If vehicles are returned past the date and specified time, hirer's render themselves liable to overtime charges of £25.00 an hour.

Restrictions of hire and insurance

· In order to hire one of our vehicles you must be between the ages of 25 - 70 years old. Please note drivers with an overseas licence and additional drivers, there is an additional insurance charge of approx £4.00 per day due to our insurer's Terms & Conditions. If you have convicted motoring offences there is an additional charge of £4 per offence per day due to our insurer's Terms & Conditions. All hirer's must be in possession of a valid driving licence. If you or the additional driver have had an accident please inform us for insurance reasons as there may be added costs. Proof of identification plus photo identity will need to be produced prior to commencement of hire with original drivers licence. A second proof of address is also required i.e. utility bill.

· Insurance cover provided is Fully Comprehensive, the excess on each vehicle is £500.00 the insurance company require your credit card details as security for the excess. They will only charge your card in the event of an accident.

Travel outside the United Kingdom

· At present none of our campervans are to be taken outside of the United Kingdom.

Breakdown/Accidents/Incidents

· Every effort is made by Always-camping to ensure the vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition prior to each and every hire. Therefore Always-camping dissolves any responsibility for hotel or any other consequential expenses subsequent to a breakdown. However, Always-camping will refund the hire charges for any complete days loss of the use of the vehicle. Always-camping shall be under no liability for any third party claims or damages in connection with or consequent upon, any accident or breakdown.

In the event of a breakdown or accident Always-camping are at the disposal of the hirer 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Approval must be obtained from Coolcampervans in respect of repairs and replacements. The maximum height of your vehicle s clearly stated, any overhead damage is the responsibility of the hirer. The tyres including punctures and damage to the window screens are the hirer's responsibility.

Fines & Penalties or Congestion charges

· The hirer shall settle all fines and penalties incurred by the hirer during the term of hire and the hirer agrees to reimburse Coolcampervans in respect of any cost and expenses incurred by Coolcampervans in recovering such fines or penalties from the hirer.

Fuel/Gas/Oil

· A full tank of fuel will be provided with the vehicle at the start of hire and the hirer is expected to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Fuel will be charged at £1.10 per litre if the vehicle is brought back less fuel. Please note the hirer will be liable if the incorrect fuel is used. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that oil and water levels are checked on a daily basis. A gas cylinder will be supplied at the time of hire and the cost of any refill during the hire period is refundable by Coolcampervans on proof of receipt.

Mileage

· Each vehicle has a mileage allowance of 150 miles per day. Any extra mileage above this will be charged at 50p per mile.

Sewerage

· The hirer is responsible for emptying the toilet and waste tanks prior to returning the vehicle. Failure to do so will incur a charge of £50.00.

Smoking

· A strictly enforced NO SMOKING policy is in all vehicles.

Pets

· Please ask us about our pet policy.

Hirer Co-operation

· The hirer agrees not to part with the possession or control of the vehicle hired and not to allow any person other than the agreed drivers to drive the vehicle, unless otherwise authorised by Always-camping. The hirer also agrees not to carry more passengers than the seating capacity of the vehicle and not to use the vehicle for carrying passengers or goods for hire.

Pick Up / Drop Off

· Pick up is after 2pm on the start day of your hire. Vehicle is to be returned on last day of hire before 10.00am. Please see overtime charges.

Car and Luggage Storage

· We offer a car and luggage storage facility but these are left at owners own risk.

Cancellation Policy

· More than 6 weeks before the hire equals loss of deposit only.

· 4 - 6 weeks prior to start of hire equals 50% loss of the total hire charge and deposit.

· 28 days or less equals 100% loss of the total hire charge.
